Durable polyester backed vinyl covering a foam layer surrounding a center core that can be filled with water or sand for desired weight. Two web straps in back and one on top with PVC handles give the holder control of the bag and provide excellent mobility. Bottom web foot strap provides holder additional protection and security. Target zones are strategically placed on the front of the bag to provide focal points for a number of drills and exercises. Can be filled with water or sand for desired weight - Up to 120 lb.
