Bikram Yoga is a form of yoga that exclusively uses 26 poses in a studio heated to 105 °F. The poses, breathing exercises and heat make the practice Bikram Yoga extremely healing and rejuvenating. Bikram studio floors are made of a spongy material, so it is not necessary to have a thick mat. The studio temperature and poses creates alot of sweating! It is important to have a mat that is water (sweat) resistant.
